YOUR TIME WITH CHEF JEROME
In this introductory session you will begin a nutrient dense culinary journey with Chef Jerome, complementing the time you spend with coach, Mikala. You will prepare and complete a dish based on your individual taste and health goals. You will be provided with the recipe(s) and a list of ingredients to purchase prior to your class. You and the chef will cook simultaneously while sharing multi camera video and audio via Zoom.
Goals:
